Nuclear Energy About the role: Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 We are searching for an Administrative Assistant-Level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You are an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the legal team. You will assist with routine financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions. You will be preparing simple legal forms for attorney review. Need strong capability with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot is necessary to assist team in improving processes and generating reports. Mastery of mail merge functions in word, as well as strong skills with Microsoft Excel, are also needed. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records (requiring strong capability with Microsoft Excel).
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Support reconciliation of accounts and verification of financial data.
• Use AI tools to reconcile and generate reports.
• Assist in the preparation of simple legal documents, including using Mail Merge features in Microsoft Word.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding financial documentation.
• Assist with compiling reports and summaries for management review.
• Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• At least 3years or more years of experience
• If you have strong word processing and excel skills and is great at using ChatGPT and AI tools to help with reports, that would be really helpful for the team.
