Food and Beverage at Meadowood is the heart and soul of the guest experience and are the benchmarks of the quality for our property. Leaders of the Food & Beverage team are consummate professionals in all areas of service and experts in the areas of wine and the art of hospitality. They are superior teachers and role models.  Meadowood cuisine is created to showcase Napa Valley wines. It is fresh, beautiful, healthy and delicious and inspired by the bounty of estate-grown and regional ingredients.

All members of the Food & Beverage staff at Meadowood are professionals in their specific area of service, students of wine and the art of hospitality and are passionate about learning.  They come to Meadowood to work in their profession at the highest level for which they are trained and to continue their evolution as culinary and wine service professionals.

Accomplished, professional Bartender preferably with Relais & Chateau and/or Forbes 5-Star experience.

• Craft and prepare cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to provide expert recommendations to guests
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, creating memorable experiences for all patrons
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering with management to ensure optimal product availability
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations at all times
• Develop and present signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus that reflect the establishment's brand and culinary vision
• Maintain impeccable bar presentation, cleanliness, and organization to uphold luxury hospitality standards
• Process cash and electronic payments accurately while reconciling bar sales at the end of each shift
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartending staff to ensure consistent service excellence
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, service, and management teams to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Ability to bartend in our restaurant Forum, our special events venues and at our pool bars.
