Bartender/Server

Giovani’s Bar & Grill is gearing up for a busy summer and looking for reliable, energetic bartenders who can handle both the bar and the floor. This is a hybrid role—everyone works as a team, and bartenders are responsible for serving all dine-in guests, not just those sitting at the bar.
(The takeout portion of the restaurant is handled separately by cashiers at the front.)

What You’ll Do:

• Take food and drink orders at the bar and tables (We have 15 bar seats and 11 tables)
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and other beverages
• Serve guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provide great service to a mix of locals, tourists, and sports fans
• Stock and maintain liquor, beer, and bar supplies
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully set up for service at all times
• Assist with general cleaning duties, including glassware, surfaces, and opening/closing tasks
• Complete shift recap, count drawers, distribute tips and tipouts at the end of every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years bartending experience
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Strong customer service skills and team-first attitude
• Comfortable working high-volume shifts, especially during major sporting events
• Ability to keep a clean, organized workspace throughout shifts
• Availability at least 3 days per week

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: Starting at 5:00 PM (ending between 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM depending on night of the week)

Pay:

• $5/hour + tips

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time available
