Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cocktails, thrives in a high-volume environment, and delivers warm, engaging hospitality that reflects Lucky Tiger’s lively and creative atmosphere.

Key ResponsibilitiesService & Guest Experience

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Create a welcoming and high-energy bar environment
• Engage guests with menu recommendations and cocktail knowledge
• Maintain professionalism during high-volume and late-night service

Beverage Execution

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
• Execute recipes that include innovative techniques and flavor profiles (e.g., infused spirits, clarified cocktails, unique ingredients)
• Ensure proper presentation and quality of all beverages

Bar Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages
• Follow all NYC DOH and alcohol service regulations
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Support special events, private parties, and late-night programming

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail bar or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and late shifts (up to 2AM+)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• NYC Food Protection Certificate (preferred)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
