Job Description

Non-profit organization in Downtown Chicago is seeking Business Development Coordinator to support business development activities between U.S. and Japanese companies. This role focuses on investment promotion partnership development and coordination of business projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development initiatives and partnerships between U.S. and Japanese companies
Assist with market research client outreach and relationship management
Coordinate seminars events and business matching activities
Maintain CRM data and prepare reports presentations and marketing materials
Provide administrative support including scheduling and handling inquiries

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Interest in international business trade or investment
• Japanese language skills preferred but not required
