Job Description

We are seeking an attentive, reliable Customer Care / Customer Success Specialist to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, guide them through services or products, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate advanced concerns when needed
  • Track and follow up on open support tickets until resolved
  • Proactively assist users in getting the most value from our services
  • Guide new customers through onboarding processes
  • Identify customer needs and recommend helpful features, services, or resources
  • Maintain positive relationships to promote long-term customer retention
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM or support software
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, feedback, and resolutions
  • Assist with updating knowledge base articles or FAQs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Billing)
  • Share customer insights to help improve processes and user experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure
  • Comfortable using CRM or support tools (training provided)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer service, support, or call center roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic tech troubleshooting
