Job Description

The Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Onboarding new customers and providing training
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Monitoring customer usage and engagement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • Gathering customer feedback to inform product development

You will work closely with the Customer Success team and report to the Customer Success Manager.

Ideal Profile :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in customer service or account management

Technical skills required:

  • CRM software
  • Data analysis
  • Product knowledge
