Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that will inform business decisions. You will work closely with our team of real estate agents, marketing professionals, and executives to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data efficiently
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns and trends
- Create data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize processes
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accurate and reliable analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
