Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the Engineering sector, specifically in defense
• In-depth experience with interface control documents, DoD Defense planning manufacturing, and VCRM
• Proven expertise in system development and execution
• Strong analytical abilities for complex problem-solving
• Comprehensive knowledge of defense industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for guiding and mentoring teams
• Experience in functional analysis and converting requirements into technical specifications
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Team-oriented mindset with a dedication to ongoing learning and development

• Manage the complete life cycle of system development and execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion
• Offer technical expertise and support to the engineering team, nurturing a culture of continuous skill enhancement
• Guarantee all initiatives comply with defense industry standards and practices
• Create and sustain interface control documents, leveraging knowledge in DoD Defense planning manufacturing and VCRM
• Perform functional analysis and convert requirements into technical specifications to meet user needs
• Address complex issues, applying analytical skills to uncover root problems and devise robust solutions
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional groups, including manufacturing and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery
