The Director of Talent Recruitment & Success is a high-impact leadership role designed for a team builder who can bridge the gap between hiring and thriving. With org-wide influence this position is the architect of our talent development strategy focused on securing and effectively seating the critical talent needed to drive the future of our mission. From the initial touchpoint for every candidate to the final milestone of a new hires 90-day integration the Director owns the lifecycle of talent building a bench of ready-to-go professionals and turning our mission into a magnet for the best minds in our field.
