We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in project management and coordination providing valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will assist senior project managers in planning executing and closing projects ensuring all aspects are completed on time within scope and budget.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans schedules and documentation.
  • Coordinate project tasks and communicate with team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures under the supervision of project management.

Qualifications :

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
