Role Details

Role: Epic Beacon Analyst

Duration : 6 months (likely to extend)

Location: 100% Remote (any time zone but need to be available for EST meetings) 

Top Skills / Requirements 

• 5+ years Epic Beacon build experience / Beacon certified (required) – post‑go‑live support & optimization
• Ambulatory Build/ certified would be a slam dunk
• Strong oncology workflows (infusion, antibodies, biosimilars, CRS, reactions)
• Experience supporting OPAs and complex Beacon initiatives
• Comfortable with system cleanup, stabilization, and optimization work
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally (Oncology Ops, Ambulatory, Providers)
• Able to work independently in a mature Epic environment

Key Initiatives

• Oncology Product Authorizations (OPAs)
• Antibody and CRS management
• Infusion reaction notifications
• Biosimilar / product-based ordering
• Epic Roundtable & protocol development (they would like to start working on this soon)
  • Recent end‑user buy‑in completed, now moving into execution

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
