A family is seeking a dependable, warm, and organized nanny to support their children with daily routines, transportation, and care. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with another nanny.
Schedule
Monday–Friday:
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Guaranteed 30 hours
Additional Hours & Compensation
Compensation: $22-$28
On-Call (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9 AM – 3 PM)
Overnights (Tuesdays & Thursdays):
$125 per night
Travel schedules provided at least 2 weeks in advance
Additional hours may be available starting Fall 2026
Must be flexible and available during on-call periods
Childcare
Manage morning and evening routines
School drop-off and pick-up
Prepare meals and snacks
Plan age-appropriate activities and reading
Handle bath time and bedtime routines
Drive children to activities
Communication
Provide regular updates to parent during each shift
Send at least 2 daily text updates and/or videos
Share details on moods, activities, and any concerns
Household Support (Child-Related)
Clean up kitchen after meals
Load/unload dishwasher
Light tidying (kitchen, play areas)
Children’s laundry (about 1 load per shift)
Trash/recycling and breaking down boxes
Occasional errands (groceries, library, etc.)
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Comfortable driving children (booster seats provided)
Able to manage routines independently
Comfortable coordinating basic care needs if needed (with parent approval)

Experience with neurodiverse children is a plus, but not required.
