Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: New Jersey
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote mental health services to clients across New Jersey. In this role, you will help individuals manage emotional, behavioral, and life challenges through structured therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. You will work with clients through secure telehealth sessions and help them build practical tools for healthier day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete client assessments and identify treatment needs
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Document sessions accurately and on time
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions

Requirements

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth tools and electronic health records
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
