We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or catering environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your passion for cooking and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
• Participate in catering events as required, providing support in meal preparation and service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
