CMG Financial has an opening for a Loan Processor to support our Texas Region. This position is responsible for performing necessary tasks to ensure accurate, compliant, and complete processing of loan files. Must have experience processing FHA/VA and Conventional Loans.

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
COMPENSATION: CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 annually plus OT and bonus. Factors that affect base salary may include: Loan Processor experience, overall knowledge, number of years worked in mortgage industry, types of roles performed, computer skills, experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
