Online Chat Support Agent | Training Provided | Immediate Start

We’re currently looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Online Chat Support Agents. In this role, you’ll assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and providing a positive support experience. If you enjoy helping people, communicating online, and working in a structured environment, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, orders, or general support topics
Document conversations and update customer records when needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards
