Physician Liaison – Relationship & Outreach Specialist

Location: Manhattan, NY (Field-Based + Office Time)

A highly regarded private cardiology practice in the heart of Manhattan is seeking a charismatic and polished Physician Liaison to represent our brand, build relationships with referring physicians, and ensure our partners feel deeply connected and appreciated.

With over 100 referring providers across Manhattan and a proprietary referral and CRM platform, we are looking for someone who thrives in a high-touch, face-to-face environment , and can own the physician relationship lifecycle with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Strengthen Relationships: Visit referring physicians’ offices across Manhattan regularly to maintain and enhance referral partnerships.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as the trusted face of our group— embodying professionalism, polish, energy, and tact.
  • Support Practice Growth: Identify opportunities to increase referrals and improve the referring physician experience.
  • Manage Follow-Ups: Conduct calls, emails, and drop-ins to ensure we remain top-of-mind and provide exceptional service.
  • Provide Strategic Feedback: Act as the eyes and ears of the practice in the field, relaying key insights back to our leadership.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize our CRM and referral tools to track visits, document interactions, and drive performance.

  • Are personable, confident, and engaging with an elegant professional presence.
  • Understand the nuance of working with high-profile physicians, office managers, and clinical staff.
  • Have experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, concierge medicine, or as a physician liaison.
  • Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Are impeccably organized , comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and tech-savvy.
  • Love connecting with people and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Are Manhattan-based (or highly familiar with the NYC medical landscape).


Bonus Points:

  • Background in healthcare sales, marketing, or client engagement.
  • Exposure to cardiology, internal medicine, or specialty practices.
  • Fluent in multiple languages (not required, but appreciated in a diverse city like NYC).

Compensation & Benefits:
