Job Description

Cafe Maud is hiring for an experienced full time line cook w/ pizza experience at our high volume restaurant/bar.

Responsibilities Include:
-Working Pizza station/oven
-Fulfilling orders as they come into the kitchen from the front of house
-Maintaining quality of menu items and food presentation
-Setting up the line and maintaining a clean work station throughout the shift
-Taking care of re-stocking or prep that needs to be done for the next shift.

Needs:
-1+ years of experience in a high volume full service kitchen.
-Experience with dough handling and making pizzas
-Full Time availability AM or PM shifts.
-Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) mandatory
-Ability to get along with others, work as a team, and handle high volume day parts
-A person who is going to enhance the strong culture that has been built and help the business continue to progress
