Job Description

We are seeking an experienced plumber in Wayne, PA to join our team for a 2-year project focused on transforming old office buildings into modern apartments. The role primarily involves rough-ins and installations.

• Perform rough-ins and installations for plumbing systems.
• Transform old office buildings into residential apartments.
• Troubleshoot and service plumbing issues as needed.
• Work with various materials such as PVC and cast iron.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for piping and installation tasks.
• Interpret and work with blueprints to ensure accurate plumbing installations.

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in rough-in and installation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide service for plumbing systems.
• Experience with construction and plumbing materials such as PVC and cast iron.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and interpreting blueprints.

Work shifts are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You will drive to the shop and take a company van to various job sites. The work is local, with no overnight stays required, ensuring a balanced work-life routine.

This is a Contract position based out of Wayne, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wayne,PA.
