Salary Range: $65,000- $80,000

This is a working leadership role , not a title.
You will:
Lead and coach technicians through ride-alongs, training, and field mentorship. This is not an office role. You will be in the field full-time.
Set and enforce standards for quality, safety, code compliance, and professionalism
Own performance metrics, including job outcomes, callbacks, and customer feedback
Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to keep jobs running efficiently
Handle customer escalations with confidence and accountability
Develop apprentices and future leaders within the organization
Identify problems and bring solutions that improve operations
We don’t need perfect. We need proven.
You bring:
10+ years of plumbing experience
2+ years in a leadership, lead technician, or supervisory role (preferred)
Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (preferred)
Strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
The ability to hold people accountable while earning their respect
Comfort using scheduling, reporting, and field technology
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A mindset of ownership: if it’s your team, it’s your responsibility
