What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians
• Ride along with technicians to provide in-field training and support
• Drive performance, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to optimize schedules and call quality
• Hold technicians accountable to company expectations, goals, and KPIs
• Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built around accountability and growth
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences are consistently delivered

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within residential service plumbing
• Strong and stable work history in residential SERVICE plumbing
• Experience leading and developing larger residential service teams preferred
• Ability to confidently speak to KPIs, technician performance, and operational metrics
• Strong knowledge of residential service plumbing operations
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop technicians
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams
• Hungry, driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Someone who leads by example and brings positive energy to the team
