Are you a Yardi-savvy accountant who loves the fast-paced world of commercial real estate? We've partnered with a thriving, midsize property management firm looking for a Property Accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
You’ll have ownership over a dedicated commercial portfolio, partnering with property managers and stakeholders to ensure the financial health is as solid as the buildings they manage.
salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Utilize Yardi to handle daily accounting tasks, ensuring data integrity and streamlined reporting.
- Lead the charge on annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, including audits and adjustments.
- Prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- Review rent rolls, oversee billings, and ensure tenant ledgers are polished and precise.
- Act as a financial partner to Property Managers, helping them understand the "why" behind the numbers.
