Salary: $140,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in construction management.
• We require extensive hands-on experience leading ground-up multi-family projects.
• We prefer candidates with direct experience delivering ground-up multi-family construction projects in Florida.
• A background in commercial and multi-family construction is highly relevant to this role.

• We manage ground-up multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
• We oversee wood-frame over podium and concrete mid- to high-rise developments.
• We coordinate project execution to ensure quality outcomes for our clients.
• We work closely with teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
• We contribute to a culture focused on strong client service and team support.
