Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for Premier Fence, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions accordingly.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and analysis for decision-making.
  • Train employees on how to use Salesforce effectively and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure the platform is being utilized to its full potential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Proven experience working as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms and tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
