A vibrant, high-volume restaurant in Downtown NY is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join its leadership team.
This is a confidential replacement for a key role—an exciting opportunity to step into a well-established, consistently busy operation with strong systems already in place. The team is looking for a passionate, supportive leader who brings positivity, structure, and a team-first mindset to the kitchen.

The kitchen is led by an experienced Executive Chef and supported by a solid BOH team, offering a stable foundation with real opportunity to contribute and grow.
The RoleAs Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to oversee day-to-day BOH operations , while remaining a hands-on leader on the line .
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in high-volume kitchens and enjoys working within a collaborative, team-driven culture .
