## Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated **Technical Recruiter** to join our team on a **commission-based compensation model**. This role is ideal for someone confident in candidate outreach, relationship-building, and closing successful placements.

You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and helping clients secure top talent. Compensation is tied to successful placements, offering strong earning potential for high performers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and professional roles
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess fit for open positions
* Communicate opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring clients
* Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing engagement
* Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking channels to build talent pools
* Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate activity
* Support offer-stage communication and placement follow-up

## Requirements

* Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills
* Confidence in outreach, candidate engagement, and follow-up
* Ability to build rapport and long-term professional relationships
* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Basic understanding of technical roles is preferred, but not required
* Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality

## Compensation
