Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma combined with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• We require an active TS/SCI clearance.
• We need a strong background in network or systems engineering.
• We need a solid grasp of engineering terminology, technical standards, and compliance frameworks.
• We need experience developing visual aids, flow charts, and structured templates that improve clarity and usability.
• We need the ability to conduct regular documentation reviews and audits to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• We need exceptional skill in translating complex technical concepts into straightforward, actionable language.
• We need familiarity with controlled document management systems and version control practices.
• We prefer strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and precision in documentation.
• We prefer familiarity with a range of tools and software used in technical writing.

• We translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise, and user-friendly content while preserving technical integrity.
• We develop fresh ideas for content strategy and workflow improvements.
• We partner with engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to make sure documentation aligns with industry requirements.
• We analyze information needed to create or revise policy, procedure, and form documentation.
• We manage task tracking and information sharing through collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
• We review and edit content produced by other team members.
• We refine diagnostic procedures and supporting materials for audiences without engineering backgrounds.
• We strengthen editorial and visual presentation standards across documentation.
• We recommend new layouts, formatting approaches, and document design enhancements as needed.
