Teamsters Local 1932 is seeking candidates for a year-long Union Organizing Fellowship . Organizing Fellows will learn the skills required to organize workers and build sufficient power to win concrete gains from employers. They will be mentored closely by expert union organizers and gain experience training workers and inspiring them to victory. Fellows will have tremendous opportunities for growth and development, with the possibility of long-term employment based on regular evaluations.
