We are seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our growing business. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. This is a full-time, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients and their families in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and compassion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Coordinate with our team of caregivers to ensure that all client needs are being met
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience for our clients and their families
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
