Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Orlando, FL is $115,627.00 - $123,318.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Initiating and managing process enhancements and digital solutions using the latest technologies, i.e. artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, business process management solutions and robotics. Work within the Hire to Rehire service lines, as well as externally with the company’s Operating and Strategic customers to leverage technologies and provide solutions to meet customer needs, keeping Global Business Services as the partner of choice. Translating Customer Demand into Operations and displaying Operations Capability to CRM. Identifying requirements needed for process reengineering and work with the customer and H2R service lines to implement changes, whether digital or operation driven. Monitoring Savings Contribution. Partnering with the H2R delivery centers by monitoring and increasing automation rates. Defining the benefit model of potential projects and ensuring the value of the projects outweighs the cost of requirements. Identifying potential projects with GBS H2R and customers through relationship management or customer satisfaction indicators and managers the pipeline of projects. Displaying a deep understanding of customer digital needs, tailoring technological solutions and meeting and exceeding their expectations. Drive the optimization of H2R processes by leveraging deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more. Assess the processes of an organization, understand the capabilities and limitations of different technologies, and recommend solutions that enhance business processes and overall efficiency. Work with H2R processes (payroll, workforce management, worker readiness, equity services, AskHR) and leverage digital solutions. Deliver unparalleled experiences, ensuring that GBS remains the partner of choice for our customers.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Business Consultant related occupation. Position requires experience in the following:

1. Working with data integration, data storage and data migration;
2. Identifying, extracting, and integrating data from HR systems and other enterprise systems including Workday and ServiceNow;
3. Preparing raw data for analysis, including cleaning, validating, and transforming it into usable formats using tools such as Excel, SQL, or scripting languages;
4. Creating interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense;
5. Documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation;
6. Designing optimized business processes that leverage automation and digitalization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
